We are looking for a second long-term EVS volunteer to work in a youth centre in Dobele, Latvia.
Tasks
The volunteer will learn about the daily work in the youth centre, meeting and spending time with youngsters that spend their free time in the centre. Depending on their skills they will provide different workshops for the local youngsters with different backgrounds and teach their native language, if they want to and feel capable of it. The volunteer will promote EVS and YiA in local schools. They will be given the chance to participate in the theatresports workshop.
Criteria
Motivation and interest in the project. Willingness to work with children and youngsters from different social frames.
Procedure
Young people that are interested in the project are welcome to send us their CVs and motivation letters. We will consider all of them and pick the most motivated ones. We might also arrange skype interviews. Posted by: activeideas
