GREEN LEARNING
Green Learning aims to promote green ways of life in rural communities from Maramures County (North of Romania). The project is prepared for those interested in environment or at least who are willing to learn about it and to contribute towards its protection. Also, we are looking for volunteers interested in interaction with people living in Romanian rural communities. The volunteer must have a great will to join it, to be open-minded and flexible.
Short term project: 2 months, starting from September
Activities:
• Non-formal activities with children aged 8-18 from rural communities;
• Developing and creating eco campaigns;
• Creating and participating at ecological activities;
• Creating and participating at social events.
The project is open for young people:
• Aged between 18-30;
• Motivated to be a volunteer and to learn;
• Motivated to live in an intercultural environment and work for a community project;
• Have basic knowledge of English;
