The volunteers will support the team in the Kindergartens daily routine, together with the staff members and teachers. The young volunteers will be involved in the taking care of children, playing games and programs. The volunteers are working 30 hours per week, six hours per day.
Daily programs:
8:00 to 9:30: Reception of children – take care of them, playing with them, personal development, snack
9:30 to 10:30: Joint learning: gymnastics, literature, environmental studies, arts and crafts, nature studies.
10:30 to 12:00: Playing in the garden, exercise classes, walking, playing together, leisure activities, chess, dance
12:00 to 13:00: Preparing for lunch - lunch
Preparing for the rest for the quiet time
13.00 Preparing for the next day, results of today’s activity
The volunteer will be involved in organizing the holidays, celebrating birthdays and name days, national holidays, folk traditions, folk customs and other meetings, cultural events, programs and projects.
The volunteers, who make more colourful the kindergarten’s life, during theirs work can get special skills and knowledge about 3-7 years children so that is why the volunteers will be creative, open for different cultures, and religions and their personality will be develop by complex method.. However, the young volunteers will show their country, the culture and there is a chance that they can build it into the kindergarten's everyday life. The children are able to collect experiences and improve their knowledge through the contact to a volunteer from a foreign country, getting to know different cultures and customs. Posted by: Ivan
